HONDA'S RVF 400

........ and previously owned bikes

Introduction:

In 1994' HONDA introduced the follow up to the popular VFR NC30 with the RVF NC35 (see picture below). Some changes were made which included upside down forks, new bodywork (the same as on it's bigger brother the RC45 750 cc), a 17" rear wheel instead of the VFR's 18", magnesium wheels as well as some minor changes to the motor make the internals lighter than before. Other components which the RVF and NC 30 share is the tank, frame and swingarm. On the down side it's fitted with smaller carbs than on the VFR because of Japanese restriction laws. It is also restricted to 180 km/h, which can easily be bypassed giving it a top speed of around 220 km/h. Please go here for more information on the VFR and RVF.

15/11/2003NC 30/35 breakfast runs I've seen lots of NC's around and no doubt lots of proud owners so I decided it will be great if we could get together and have monthly NC breakfast runs ! If any of you guys live in the Pretoria / JHB region please send me an e-mail and we could arrange times, dates and places to meet etc.

Keep well.
