My 2000 GTP
I bought this car on Jan 4th 2000 with .6 miles on the odometer. At 96,000 it ran a 14.8 at the drag strip in Temple, TX.
It currently has 110,000 miles on it with out ever a problem.
Under the hood the engine has a K&N cone filter and a 3.4" supercharger pulley.
Under the car, the entire exhaust from the end of the down pipe has been replaced.
The u-bend is out, a Random Technologies cat is in, and the resonator is gone.
3 inch pipe now runs back to a true Y-pipe with 2 1/2" pipe feeding into a pair of Flowmaster 40 series. Nice sound.
I'm not sure who makes the exhaust tips. They came from E-bay, $25 for the pair.
The are wheels are Miglia 17x8's with Pirelli P-zero's. The backspacing remains the same, so the wheels are pushed out 1 inch from stock. Gives it a nice look.
I'll be going back to Iraq shortly as a contractor and the GTP will be totally gone through when I'm back. Here's a photoshop look at what I will be going for.
