Registered in your "Gulfport in the Spring Show" in Gulfport, Florida on Sat April 22nd 2000. Being my first time entering, I was unaware I had to have a fire extinguisher in the car. Due to that fact, my vehicle was ignored by the judges and I was not to d why. I feel that a copy of the rules should be provided to people wanting to enter their vehicles in competition PRIOR to paying the registration fee. I paid $12.00 for nothing in Gulfport. Had I known I needed a fire extinguisher prior to registering, I would have gone home and gotten it, as I live about 10 minutes away from where the show took place. I have no problem with this rule or any other rule but, I can't comply with any rule I don't know about. Next time, I will ask to be provided with a copy of the rules before I lay out my money.

Very good website!!! I saw that AACA provides free websites for Regions and Chapters. I told our President that we should set up one. Those snowbirds may be looking for a chapter to go to when they come to Florida. However, shouldn't your calendar be pdated? I think you have the "famous National Meet" that upset my husband a year ago on the pier still listed in there, as well as many other 1998 events. Since we don't have a site, I don't know what it takes to update it, but a suggestion.......... I looks good!!!
