Racing Photo Galleries (Amateur):

Gail's Racing Page - Gail's page is very similar to mine.  Gail attends races all over the country, and is kind enough to share her photos with us.  She also is the web administrator for a couple World Challenge teams.

The World of Sports Prototype Racing - Martin Krejci has collected numerous race results and has taken photos from Lemans and other Sports Prototype races.

Racing Photo Galleries (Professional):

Peter Burke's Racing Photos - In addition to his current archives at  Speed Center, Peter has more photos on his personal website.

Indy Photo Racing Gallery - This site has a great selection of Indycar photos as well as an excellent search engine.  You can search by year, event, and driver.  There are also a number of contributing photographers.

F1 Picturenet - I haven't found a Formula 1 picture site that was more conclusive.  You can search for just about any contemporary F1 driver and Grand Prix.

News & Information (Formula 1):

F1-Live - A great source of F1 data before, during, and after the race weekend.  This site is very easy to navigate.  Press releases for all the teams are posted timely after the days activities.  They also have an archive of timing and scoring data, and have live timing data during qualifying and the race.

Daily-F1 - This site is for the real F1 junkie.  As the name implies,  it is updated daily, even during the off season!

Gail Force F1 - Another excellent source for F1 news during the race weekend.    Gail Force has live timing and scoring during qualifying and the race.

News & Information (CART)

SpeedCenter - This site has everything you wanted to know about CART but were afraid to ask.   There are new stories, a chat room, and tons of photos from each race.  You can also email questions to Robby Gordon.  Robby answers new questions each week.

CART Online - The official website of the CART Fed Ex Championship Series and Indy Lights.

Omega Timing - The best living timing and scoring on the internet.  Download the java based application and pull up your chair and watch practice and qualifying as it happens.   This is also a nice applicant to have running while your watching the race on   TV.

Speednet - Tons of racing news for all the major divisions brought to you from the "Indianapolis Star"

Robin Miller -  The Indianapolis Star's Robin Miller is my favorite motorsports journalist.    Particularly critical of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, his open and honest commentary is very refreshing from the typical sponsor brown nosing dribble you usually read.  You can submit questions to Robin, which he periodically answers on this webpage.

    Race Teams (Formula 1)

Mclaren - The official website of Team Mclaren.  Its a pretty slick site which I am sure makes Ron Dennis feel proud.  The site has some cool little goodies, like a free downloadable screensaver, and electronic postcards.

Ferrari - There isn't a lot of content, but it is certainly has nice graphics.  You can choose to view it in either English or Italian.  If you can find it, they have some nice shot of vintage Ferrari race cars.

Mild Seven Formula 1 Team   - The Benetton/Mild Seven website is one of my favorites.  They consistently have some of the best online photographs from each day of a grand prix weekend.

Race Teams (CART)

Team Gordon - Robby's young team has done a first class job with their website.  I recommend signing up for their free newsletter.  There are plenty of updates from each race, with information you just won't find any place else.

Forsythe/Players - The 1998 season had live timing and scoring, as well as live real audio of radio communications between Greg Moore and Patrick Carpentier and the crew.  With the expanded coverage of CART's website, these features will not be provided in 1999.  That's disappointing, but it is still a very nice website.

Race Drivers

Eddie Irvine - The only reason why I have Eddie's page in my "fab" list is because it is so bad, it's off the scale.  I think the "Under Construction" signs have been up for over a year.

Al Unser Jr. - The official website of the Al Unser Jr. fan club.  You can get the latest status on Al's daughter Cody, as well as send her email wishes.
