Some great members Falcons from the Early Falcon Club of Queensland, taken in Boreen Point, near Noosa, Queensland.

My family had a great day, we were celebrating a great family event, and we all enjoyed having a good look at these fantastic Falcons. They included a USA built Falcon Sprint (1964 I think), three great classic XP's of course, and the others were older and great condition XM's.

We'll start off with the back view of the lot all parked on the lawn of the Apollonian Hotel.

The Apollonian Hotel is a grand old lady constructed in the heyday of the gold rush of the 1870's now situated at Boreen Point on the serene shores of Lake Cootharaba just north of Noosa Heads. With open fireplaces and wide cool verandahs, the Apollonian provides hearty hospitality seven days a week fro 10.00am to 10.00pm.Tel no. (07) 5485 3100 Fax (07) 5485 3499. Just tell the landlord that I recommended you go there, (I am Colin Peckham), he might buy me a free pint the next time I am having a drink there; it's a great Pub seriously. Boreen Point is a tranquil village on the edge of the Cooloola National Park. Chris & Tana Peckham live there with their Video Production Company.
