Well, in 1991 Mary (my wife and best friend of 22+ years) and I purchased a new Mazda Miata A-package, in red of course. Immediately I decided to make a custom gearshift knob for it. After months and months of experiments the best design was conceived. The design itself stems from the Voodoo Knob created by Bob Krueger but with modifications. |

To
begin with, our knobs are hand-spun on a lathe from various hardwoods. Then an aluminum
insert is expoied into the knob and tapped for the Miata. We have two basic sizes that we
offer. One is the VSW, which is similar in size to the Voodoo, about 1.8" in
diameter. The other is the Skip Cannon, which is a bit larger at 2.1" in diameter. Of Course the best feature of our knobs is that we engrave Miata designs, club logos, or whatever you like, making each knob special and unique to its owner. We also make a variety of other Miata paraphernalia, including horn button bars, earrings, pins, sun visor plugs, and lighters just to name a few.
