She is powered by the original L69 engine (305 ci V8). I am the third owner of the car and the guy that owned it previously gave it a paint job and instead of putting the original gold stripe back on it he replaced it with a black piece of trim. I think it looks just as good or even better. It has Cragar SS Chrome rims on it and a rare tan interior. Most MCSS's you see today have the maroon interior.

My family and I were on vacation when I found this beauty and I had been looking for a car for this car for a long time. So when we saw it I left a note on the window letting the guy know that I was interested and told him where we were staying. That night he showed up at our cabin and I looked it over and took it for a test drive. I new then that this was the car I wanted so two days later we met him at a rest stop right after the Wisconsin Illinois border and I purchased it there.
Since getting the car I have done a few things to it. First of all I cleaned it up the best I could but it was already spic and span and didn't need much cleaning. Painted the firewall and a small piece of metal towards the nose of the car in the engine compartment. I did install myself a Kenwood C.D. player.
I also put a 600 WATT Jensen amplifier (which I don't have a picture of but will be adding one soon) and a Jensen 600 WATT four barrel bandpass box with two 10" Jensen drivers. She sounds really good!!!!!!!
