Please Help me if you can. I am looking for a Basic Jelly Roll Recipe. The one I have calls for 4 tsp baking powder and no shortening. It is TERRIBLE. It rose too high and was dry. It would not roll and it crumbled apart. What a mess I had. I'm sure the recipe had to be a misprint. Please let me know if you have a good moist pliable cake recipe that will roll without cracking.
