I consider myself a root beer connoisseur. This page is dedicated to root beer connoisseurs. One of my English teachers once said there's no such animal. The root beer I most like to brew is similar to the type made by early Americans without extracts. Since root beer from scratch is much more complicated than the tasty, sugary tonic may seem, you can be a root beer connoisseur.
