Ingredients : |
2 pounds ground chuck |
1 med green pepper, chopped |
3/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can of cream style corn |
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce |
1 (10 3/4) can of condensed tomato soup, undiluted |
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms, undrained |
1 (10 oz.) can of tomatoes with green chilies, undrained |
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can of sliced ripe olives, drained |
1 (4 oz. ) jar of chopped pimiento, drained |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp dry mustard |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 (8 oz.) bag of wide egg noodles, cooked and drained |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |

Directions : |
in a large skillet cook ground chuck with green peppers and onions
until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. add
next 11 ingredients; mix thoroughly. add noodles mix well. pour
into a dutch oven or a large baking dish. cover and bake at 350
degrees for 50 min. sprinkle with cheese; return to oven for
10 min. or until cheese melts. |
