Pistachio Salad

Ingredients :
  • 1 box of jell-o pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
    		•
  • 1 (20 oz.) can of crused pineapples, undrained
    		•
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
    		•
  • 1/2 cup of miniature marshmallows
    		•
  • 4 1/2 oz tub of cool whip
    		•

    Pour pudding mix over undrained pineapple. Mix well. Add marshmallows. Fold in cool whip, add nuts. Refrigerate..


    Strawberry Glazed Fruit Salad

    Ingredients :
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
    		•
  • 1 (20 oz.) can of pineapple chunks, drained
    		•
  • 4 firm bananas, sliced
    		•
  • 1 ( 16 oz.) jar of strawberry glaze
    		•

    Directions :
    In a large bowl, gently toss strawberries, pineapple and bananas, fold in the glaze. Chill for 1 hour. Serve

    Salad Dressings


    Cucumber Dressing

    Ingredients :
  • 1 pint of salad dressing
    		•
  • 1 large cucumber, grated
    		•
  • 1 large onion, chopped
    		•
  • 2 tbsp sugar
    		•
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    		•
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    		•
  • 1/2 tsp accent
    		•
  • 1/8 tsp of green food coloring
    		•
  • 1/8 tsp of garlic powder
    		•   

    Directions :
    Mix all ingredients together and serve with salad. Enjoy
