Enchilada Casserole

1 1/2 LB Hamburger

1 LB Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 LB Monterey Jack Cheese

1 can 4oz Ortega Green Chilies..drained

1 can 8oz Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce "Regular"

1 can 8os Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce "Hot"

1 1/2 med chopped onion

1 can 8oz chopped black olives

1 can 8oz golden mushrooms soup

1 1/2 cans 8 oz cream of mushroom soup

add no water

Brown hamburger and onions

Slowly mix in all the ingredients

Warm slowly until cheese is melted

Layer baking dish with flour or corn tortillas

then a layer of the mix

then a layer of tortillas etc

Last layer should be tortillas

Spread 1/2 can mushroom soup across the top

Bake at 350f for 30 minutes
