Homemade Noodles

Really easy if you have enough room for drying them

1 cup sifted flour

1 beaten egg

1/2 tsp salt

2 TBS top milk or cream

Combine egg,salt, milk

Add flour to form a stiff dough

Roll very thin on floured surface

Let stand 15 to 20 minutes

Roll from edge and slice thinly about 1/8 inch

Unroll slices and speadout with space between

each noodle. Allow to dry about 2 hours

Add these to your favorite soup base!
If made fairly stiff and well dried they can
be frozen in a plastic freezer bag
