CHICKEN PAPUKASTry this its Great!!

1 medium onion
1/4 cup shortning
Mix in seasonings
2 Tbs salt
1 Tbs Hungarian style paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add 4 to 6 lbs cut up frying chicken
Brown the chicken for 10 minutes
Add 1 1/2 cups water, cover pan and
simmer slowly until meat is tender and done.
Remove chicken and add to drippings
1/2 pint of sour cream
1/2 pint light cream mix well
Add the cooked chicken to sauce.

Cover and simmer on low heat until
chicken is done (15 to 30 min)
