I've been away for quite a while now having just been married to a wonderful guy and the time has flown by so quickly! However, I'm back and I intend to continue updating my site offering the world my insights into Thai culture and most importantly the great cuisine my country has to offer.

Due to a friend's complaint about the site looking as lively as a ripe turnip I have added some color to the menu bar. As I slowly rediscover my html skills, I will be making more and more enchancements so please bear with me and check back often.

This is a small picture of your 'mae krua' which is the Thai word for CHEF! A visitor reminded me that literally speaking, Mae means mother and Krua means kitchen. So it means mother of the kitchen, so to speak!
