In a large pot add oil, onions, green
pepper and garlic. Sautee until golden brown. Remove from burner
and add paprika. Mix well. Add diced potatoes, 2 cups
water and salt. Mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover
and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and pieces
of kolbassa. Mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!
