Here we are just in the middle of preparing our finest creation yet.
Time spent by this stage was approximately 16 hours of preparation time and 2 hours cooking time.
We had just polished off 5 bottles of wine and we were still going strong.

The DB Chefs have undertaken a variety of meals large or small culminating in an extravaganza eight course meal.
They have a philosophy of drinking lots of wine whilst preparing their gastronomic delights.
Anyone coming into the kitchen without a valid reason is likely to get shouted at.
Their favourite drink is Chablis or Gin and Tonic.
Meals they have done so far usually have satisfied everyone. So much so that each of the dishes was described as an orgasm on plate.
