Maine Lobster Saute

1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp.each chopped garlic and shallot
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 C. parsley
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 C. sliced onions
1/2 C. sliced red peppers
8 oz. diced plum type tomato
splash of chablis
1/2 lb. cooked Maine lobster
salt and pepper to taste
In a saute pan over medium heat start the first 3 ingredients. When starting to sweat,add shrimp and brown each side and set aside. Increase heat to high and add the wine and vegies. Saute quickly.(about 2 minutes).Add the herbs and lobster, stir then cover and steam saute for a minute or so till vegies are done the way you like them(aldente?)....lo-fat yet tasty..serve over rice or tossed with fettuccine.....BON APPETITE!!!

Experimentation and going with the flow, major factor in yummy new delectables. So, have at it and go for that new taste sensation! Take a look around and grab what you like.
