Penne with fresh native shrimp and scallops

1 Tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. shallot
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. ea. salt and pepper
1/4 lb. shrimp
1/4 lb. scallop
1/2 lb. cooked penne
3 oz. parmesan cheese
In saute pan add 1 st 4 ingredients and start to cook slowly until the chopped garlic and shallot start to wilt. Add next 3 groups of ingredients and steam/saute till vegetables are almost cooked. Then add seafood and repeat process. Add penne and continue till heated. Add parmesan just before serving and mix well. serves 1-2 / Enjoy!

crabmeat
mushrooms
cheddar cheese
bread crumbs
drawn butter
Layer all ingredients in an 8 or 10 ounce baking dish. Place in a 450 degree preheated oven and cook till bubbley and golden.
