PASTA
Put olive oil and garlic in saute' pan and cook over med. heat till it begins to brown. Remove pan from heat and pour in wine. Return to heat, cook 1-2 minutes until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomato. Remove the pan from the heat. Place pasta in boiling water and cook to desired doneness, about 1 minute. Drain pasta and put in a warm serving dish. Add basil, parmesan, and black pepper along with the tomato mixture. Toss and serve immediately.
