have entertained dinner guests over forty years with the delightful
recipes presented on these pages. We usually have 8-12 table guests, or up

During the C.O.'s visit we often take one day and invite all who go in service back for lunch. In October, 1997 we ended up with 58 guests. It was great!

| Cooking
was one of my life's hobbies. I had over 190 cookbooks until I became involved
in the world of computers. I bought a CD Rom program containing over 1.4
million recipes. Now I can conserve the space my cookbooks used. The shopping bags of cookbooks that I gave away to some of my younger friends were much appreciated.
