Hello!
Welcome to my website! I'm a Graphic Artist working in line art, color pencil
and pen illustrations, and computer graphics. I've been involved in graphic art for the past 24 years. It began
with hand drawn pet portraits and line art for business cards for a friend and quickly accelerated to designing
and selling business cards to my own customers. This led to designing, paste-up and layout of flyers and ads. By
the 90's the computer was the thing so I quickly moved into computer generated art and desktop publishing.
With experience both as a freelance artist and working directly for screen printers, product and package designers,
newspapers, and copy centers I am familiar with just about every genre and their printing setup needs including
file set up and color separations. With a wide knowledge of professional computer programs, I can cross platforms
from Mac to PC and back and prepare my files and those of my customers for production. I've designed the last 2 book covers for the novelist D.J. Stephens, and have just created a new design for his 1st book so the styles will match. (He didn't "find" me till his 2nd book.) All of his books are available at Amazon.com.
