So, you want to know a little about me.....well, as you can tell by the first page I'm a nurse and live in Tennessee. My job title is LPN....I fondly refer to it as "Lowly Peon Nurse", but it actually means Licensed Practical Nurse. I've worked at the local hospital for 12 years now. I'm now only working part time though.

I'm a widow with two children, Jacque, 23 and Joleen, 21. Both of my children live away from home. Jacque lives about 80 miles away, near Chattanooga and Joleen lives about 65 miles away in Knoxville. Joleen attends the University of Tennessee in Knoxville....Go VOLS!!!.

Jacque works full time and has made me a "Nanna" in May of 1999.!!! Baby's name is Abrial Lexis Griffin and such a "cutie".!!!

My OTHER big news is that Joleen is getting married on June 17,2000.!!!!What a "shock" when they told us...!!!!!! But I'm very happy for the both of them..!!! If I don't have a nervous break-down before this wedding happens....LOL..!!!!

I guess you could say we are all computer junkies. We all have our own computers and chat with each other as often as possible. Of course, with Joleen's and Jacque's busy schedules it's hard to catch both of them at the same time. But it really saves on the phone bill!! At least, I hope it does anyway....*sigh*.

Hmmmm...what else? Well, I guess I could tell you that I'm not a native southerner. I was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Lived in San Diego, CA, where Jacque was born, for a while. Moved to upstate New York when Jacque was about a year and a half old. Joleen was born in New York. And we moved to Tennessee in the summer of 1981. Jacque and Joleen were both pretty young. We still visit New York and New Jersey as much as possible but haven't been back to California in a number of years.

That's about all I can think of right now.....If I think of more I'll put it up......*sigh*
