Welcome to my Tracking Page.

Well a week has past and three to go.

Wendnesday June 25

WOW....what a couple of days. We have been driving 500 miles each night for the past two nights and today is anouther one. two days ago was the SHOW OF SHOWS. It is Phantom's Home SHow. THere is an alumni tent set up were you can drink free beer and mingle with other alumni. I was allowed to go this year. It really made me happy to be excepted into the corps like that.

Yesterday however we spend the whole day broken down on the side of the road. I hated it. But I did get to read lots of my Harry Potter book. The van was fixed and everything is a little better now.

Friday June 21

Last night the staff went out and had a good bonding experience. We went to this restaurant in downtown Columbus, OH. We told people we were with the circus. My meal was pretty good. The mashed potatoes where hands down the greatest mashed potatoes I have ever had. The highlight of the evening (other than Dan Farrel, PR program coordinator, buying a round of drinks for all 19 of us, was the dessert. I got the Snickers Cheesecake...it came with two pieces of cheesecake and one large scoop of ice cream. TOP NOTCH. Today is a slow day so we are catching up on our sleep for our nine hour trip tonight.

Thursday June 19

Well its been one week and im still alive! Things are going well. The corps won thier first contest last night with a score of 72.83. Good news....Madison came in second with a 69. THey beat the bluecoats and glassmen. Madison show is pretty good. they play alright and they look cleaner than the past few years. Its still very much madison. Tommorrow we have a show in columbus at a beautiful professional soccer stadium. Things are going great for me. Im going to do some laundry in a little bit. Im having a good time but I cant wait to get home.

Monday June 16

Today I woke up early to take the van in to get fixed. I wanted for like 2 and a half hours in the lobby. It was cool...I watched TVLand all morning long. Then I went to the laundry mat and we washed the uniforms. Im currently back at the school chilling. We have a show tonight and I expect we will do well. Yesterday we added tons of changes. It should be interesting.

Sunday June 15

Well we got to Michigan and I got some good sleep. Today was a great day. It was easy! I ran errands all day and it was relaxing. I even got a good nap in. Im about to get 8 hours of sleep tonight as well. Not much happened today. Called home and wished dad Happy Fathers Day. Went to my first Meijers (Northern verison of Wal-Mart) On the way home today however the golf cart (we bough a gas powered golf cart to replace the four wheeler that my parents now own.) fell halfway off the trailer while I was driving it backto the houseing site. It was strapped in the front but not the back so as I had to stop abruptly at a red light the cart slid forward off the front of the cart. I was driving by myself so I had to pull off to the side of the road and dead-lift it onto the trailer.....it wore me out. I will be very soar tomorrow.

Saturday June 14

Well the leak is pretty bad. The van is losing a quart of oil every 30 mins. So every 100 miles we have to stop and pour more oil into it. I took it into a hop this morning and the guy said that he thinks it a crack in the timing chain cover He couldnt do it so I have to waity till monday and fix it. That mean one more major trip with it. I didnt get much sleep last night. Matter of fact we got in at 630 by 730 I went to bed but woke up at 830 to take the van to get fixed. Today I worked all day long. Messing with the uniforms and cleaning the truck out and tons of other crap. I got so tired. On a good note we scored at 68 tonight and came in second to the Cavaliers who got a 72. Only four point difference. We can do it.

Friday June 13

While tour is fun and happy place....Im already tired of it. Actually I think im just tired. Today we played the opening ceremonies of the Special Olympics. That was something very special. They loved us. They clapped and cheered the entire time. It was a wonderful first performace. On a not so happy note. We found a oil leak in the van constantly so that we can make it to Michigan. Not going to be fun.

Thursday June 12

Well today is the day of truth. I woke up at 6:00 in the morning and Holly took me to the airport. We had a nice morning (even though I was rather testy) The plane ride was really nice. I was extremely tired and fell asleep once we were in the air. Once I arrived in Rockford I started getting to work. I was pretty much exhausted by the end of the day. I really enjoy being back on tour.
I will try to update this page as often as possible but I can only do so much.
