A time with Ms. Rimes!!!
I recently (may 14) got to meet LeAnn backstage at her concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan!!!She is so much cooler in real life!!! I gave her a dozen roses and she said I was "sweet"!!! Then I asked for a hug and we hugged!!! I got my picture taken with her!!After the shoot, I was impulsively called out her name and she walked toward me and said,"yes". I was a little nervous talking to such big and famous person!! I told her I was a big fan and I have everything to do with her!!She was so nice when talking, she sounded like a normal 15 year old!!! After the little chat, I was shaking so bad!!! Then I went to the concert!! I was in sort of the nose-bleed section!!! I was close to the stage, but I was pretty high up there in the stands!! The concert started with Bryan White doing his songs!!His songs included, "Wishing on Someone Elses Star", "Rebecca Lynn", "Imagine That", "My Heart Is Setting On Go", "Love is the Right Place","Bad Day to Let You Go". Then the LeAnn came on!! She opened up with the song, "Sittin' On Top World". I was screaming and yelling!!! I had such a hoarse voice by the end of the night!! In between songs she would talk a little bit, during that time I impulsively said," LeAnn, I love you!" She replied," I love you,too!" She probably had no idea who I was!!!Well, she played all of her hits!!! Her song included, "Blue", "Commitment", "Insensitive", "Surrender", "How Do I Live", "One Way Ticket(Because I can)", "Unchained Melody", "Cowboy's Sweetheart", and "On The Side Of Angels"!!! After her concert, the drummer did a little 5 minute show and LeAnn and Bryan came out and sang "Something to Talk About" and "From This Moment On"!!!All in all that was a breath-taking time in my life and I hope I have more just like it at all her concerts!!!
