RE:          Disciplinary Suspension
DATE:    June 12, 2001

By reason of the findings contained in my memorandum to you of July 9, 1999, you are hereby suspended from your duties without pay for a period of fourteen calendar days, commencing August 15, 2001, and ending August 28, 2001. In addition, you are hereby suspended from your duties without pay for a period of four months, commencing August 15, 2001, and ending December 14, 2001. Your fringe benefits will remain in place during the period of your suspension.
