QUALIFICATION
Breeder must have ten{10} pairs of birds
Breeder must offer bird offfspring for sale either retail or wholesale.

PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
Breeder will recieve a free product certificate for two{2} 20/25 lb. bags of Kellogg's Petamine, Kaily Kiet for Caged Birds, or Traditional Caged Bird Seed blinds with each submition of ten{10} U)C Codes from the above mentioned 20/25 lb. bags of Kellogg's products. Send UPC Codes to the Kellogg's address listed below for processing. A voucher for 2 bags will be returned for redemption at the supplier of the breeder's choi8ce. The free product will be equal to but not to exceed the value of the purchased product.
