Welcome to the conditioning area. Coach Greg will have a great time helping you get strong! Here is how the workout works, each set of conditioning is worth 5 Gymn points. The more you condition the better your gymnast will do at the end of their routines and at the end of practice. Have a great workout, and work hard, good luck!
