1. All items carry a (1) year limited warranty except where manufacturer’s warranty is longer.  In that case the Manufacturer’s warranty is passed on to the customer.
2. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise
3. All returns must be within 10 days of receiving the merchandise, with original packing and accessories, or returns may be refused or subject to an additional restocking fee at the our discretion.
4. Any defective merchandise will be subject to our warranty policy as stated here after, if the customer chooses to return defective merchandise for credit then the merchandise is subject to the restocking fee for returns.
5. All warranty returns must have an RMA # which must be obtained directly from the vendor for any returned items. Returned items will be repaired or replaced at vendor’s discretion.  All returns must be made at customer’s shipping expense to vendor’s address. The customer,  will pay return shipping costs of the merchandise.
6. All hardware or systems found free of error or defect will be returned at customer’s expense.
7. I am not responsible for damage or loss during shipping to me.  I reserve the right to return damaged merchandise to customer at customer’s expense or repair damaged merchandise for disclosed charges at such a time at the customer’s choice.
 
 

All hardware products delivered by me are warranted as follows:
One year for parts unless otherwise provided in those written warranties.  In this period I warranty this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. (If I do not have the item in stock at that time, I reserve the right to keep the defective merchandise from one (1) to thirty (30) days for repair or exchange with equivalent product.)  This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subject to unusual physical or electrical stress.  This warranty does not cover conflicts or compatibility issues with software or other merchandise which is not specifically designed to work with this hardware.
