Design of one day.
It was necessary to change DC motor with 6000 rpm on existing machining
tool equipment. We didn't have to make new design. The only thing was to
rewrite the program for SX18 and insert it in existing design of 1HP inverter.
Take a look at the pictures. In the second box we made filters, as we didn't
know the overvoltage category of the motor.
In the first picture the motor runs with synhro frequency 410 Hz,
the ampermeter measures the current in 220VAC input.

Output - 3-phase simetric sinusoidal PWM + program deadtime Frequency - 50 - 420 Hz Output voltage - 35 - 140V with V/Hz characteristic Input current up to 3 A ( 220V) with overload protection.
