Consultation Program
The Body Gem test is always
performed first to determine your
RMR.
During personal training
sessions, beside dynamic workouts one-on-one
nutrition counseling will be provided. Your
progress will be reviewed by analyzing food
consumption and tracking your exercises. We
will then make adjustments to the exercise regimen
and meal plans when necessary.
Create
a Body-for-Life Meal
Suggestions for your choice of Body-for-life
Meal:
Protein - choose a lean portion of
protein: Chicken Breast, Ground Turkey,
salmon, Steak
Carbohydrates - choose a portion of
complex carbohydrates: sweet potato, oatmeal,
brown rice, wheat tortilla, whole wheat bread,
fruits
Vegetables - add a portion of vegetable to
at least 2 meals a day: broccoli, lettuce,
green beans, carrots, spinach
Essential Fats: avocado, sunflower
seeds, almond, cold water fish, flax-seed
oil, olive oil, natural peanut butter
Water - Drink at least 10 glasses of
water a day
Snack - apple, almond, or yogurt
Essential Mineral - Take one
Multi-vitamin a day
