Research Interests:
Operational Risk Management, Consumer Credit Risk, Statistical Modeling, IT Law, Database System.
Mr. Leung is an Operational Risk Management Specialist in a local bank since 2001. Prior to the banking role, he worked for a big-5 accounting firm as an Audit Senior, and an IT vendor as IT specialist for 5 years. Mr. Leung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with major in Electronics Engineering and he also received a Master of Philosophy in the same institute. Mr. Leung is very active in research. He has published some technical papers in the areas of Statistical Modeling. He is also a co-author of a IBM reference book, UDB for AS/400 Advance Database Functions, written in IBM Rochester Development lab. He was a part-time lecturer in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, teaching Information Technology and Law.
