As mentiones back in the "Processor" section, I will post a little project of mine,
wich ties up together the steps of scrolling, I'm still kinda stuck and trying to
figure it out.
This little program uses vertical scrolling, just like any other installationg program
uses to view their README files. What's different about this program, is that it will
not display a README file, it will display a document that I'm putting together on
the 80x86 processor discussion.
