Because of the tedious iterative calculations required, I decided to write a program to help me in determining my output of the towers. From there, will I then be able to determine the optimal combination based on this calculation with respect ot the cost. This program, unfortunately, can only calculate for a single cross-flow cooling tower.   

I did not have the time to improve on this program and basically also, nobody offered me an avenue to continue this development... so basically I left it as a MSDOS program.  

The program calculates based on:  

• air flowrate
• entering water flowrate
• NTU
• entering water temperature
• wet bulb temperature
• rows and columns of fill
