Our first Subaru was also the first in Switzerland announced Subaru. One of the first, if not realy the first all wheel driven familycar. With about 1600 ccm it was not the fastest and now about 15 years ago not the quitest car. But it was, like all Subis later, the best and also one of the cheapest cars I ever owned.

Next one, about 6 Years later was a little stronger and a lot less noisy. It aslo was a little larger and much more confortable. This one was my first car which had to have a service only every Year or every 25000 kilometers. This causes this car to be a real inexpensive car. Another two Years later we changed to the newer model, then called Swiss Special becaus it was the 10th aniversary edition from Subaru Switzerland. This white Station we drove for about 7 Years.

In 1996 we changed to a Sedan. A beautiful, silver colored, with a 2200 ccm engine powered sedan. A dream, I say!

And what does my wife say? She is happy with her own Subi. Years ago she bought her very first car. A Justy. She called "him" Huepf which means something like little jumper. In meantime, she also changed. She is now an owner of a Subaru Impreza. One of the most successfull rally-cars worldwide. Of course, not her realy dreamcar.
