The Agricultural Area
These small but efficient farms produce
the majority of the populace's food, whichs consists of various easily
grown but hardy vegetables. Designed, through use of crop
rotation and inter cropping (thus nutrient depletion is not a concern),
to allow continual use of the land, they are used
year-round. The irrigation is provided directly from the lake and through
reservoirs that collect rainwater. The only fertilizer it uses is derived
from human feces, thus the area also acts as a waste disposal area.
