This is the homepage of the Merrymakers, a writing troupe whose sole intent is to challenge our writing abilities. In the process, not only will we improve our skills, but we will give you, the reader, a plethora of material to view. The Merrymakers take a premise - it could be a description of someone walking down the street, a news clip, a theme, or an object, anything - from one of our number and form a short story around it. It's a sort of a game as we weave our own distinct plots, characters, and situations.
Or, you could always just read on for some great stories... "Spiderwebs, sunlight, a minor wound, and water." Okay, here's the second premise, given as a parting gift from Jeth. He's been very busy, so he decided to bow out before we get too much further into the premises. However, since he was in line, I decided to go on and let him submit a premise.
