Serene and Pat's Wedding

Explination: We decided we would have our wedding in Las Vegas to give everyone a mid-year excuse to go on vacation. And since Pat's Brother, Shawn, and his wife are due to have a baby in April (woo-hoo), we made the date May. Plus, it's before it gets too hot and unbearable in the hot Nevada desert.

Reception: When Pat and I were thinking about our reception, we had a slight problem: I have family in Gig Harbor, WA and Pat has family in Albuquerque. We decided to have the reception in Albuquerque for a few key reasons: 1) His family is incredibly large, whereas mine is smaller. 2) Most of my family is actually coming to the wedding, whereas his is not. 3) His parents are incredibly wonderful and have taken our wedding project under their wings. We are forever indebted. 4) We are from Albuquerque...Need I go on?
