CLASSICAL MUSIC
I got into classical music by watching cartoons. Bugs Bunny always
had classical music in the background. The first major influence though
was "Fantasia." The mix of music with animation seemed so exciting to me.
I was only 11 or so. But it was at least another 8 years before I
really got into it. As my senior year (in high school) came to a close I found myself
becoming more interested in classical music. The first composer that
I was majorly exposed to was Tchaikovsky. After nhearing the 1812 overture
during a fourth of July celebration I went out and bought a small selection.
This selection was purposed withthe intent of listening to the 1812 but I
found myself listening to the other piece more frequently.
