The NYC bed means you can rent a bed in my apartment in New York City. It's a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and confortable place in Manhattan. If you are not used to, let's say, the "European hostel" style, you will probably not be able to live in my place.

WHAT IT'S OFFERED It's provided a relaxed and open atmosphere for people who come to work or study in New York and want a confortable and well-located place.	WHO I AM Because my apartment is small, it's important to have a healthy and respectful environment. Since we will be living together, I expect someone who is willing that.

PICTURES I have selected a series of pictures, so you can have an idea of how is the place and the surroundings.	LOCATION Very well-located in Manhattan, close to tourist sites, on the first floor of a New York Brownstone building. Small and cozy, kitchen facilities, and shared bathroom.

RATES Price includes: Tax Sheets and blankets Gas and electricity Wireless internet	RESERVATIONS I prefer someone who is willing to stay at least one month, but let me know what is your situation.
