As a Graphic Arts Professional my career, like the industry itself, has been a continuing process of learning and evolution. I was introduced to the Graphic Design World in 1973 at Provident National Assurance Company. It was here that I drew my first form and created my first brochure. I learned how to coordinate people and information; then channel it into a package that is interesting, informative and elegantly wrapped. And it was all done with pens, pencils, rubber cement, and an IBM MT/ST/SC computer that had an office all to itself. Today, my computer shares my desk, and rubber cement has been replaced with control+v. But even with all the technological advances of the last 25 years, the elements of good design which produce that elegantly wrapped package are still the same. Experience, coupled with continuing education, flair and finesse will get the job done everytime, on time. Hardware/Software I am capable of working in either a MacIntosh or PC environment. In addition, I have also used both flat bed and drum scanners, graphic arts cameras, laser cameras 35 mm cameras and medium format. I also have traditional stripping and platemaking experience.
