Verde has been with us for almost a year now and although you are probably sceptical about anything with scales He has a way of winning the hearts of those who meet him. We were informed that Verde thinks of himself as a dog. He likes ferns in his house and some palm trees. We had tried planting him some flowers, think they were petunias made his house smell spring fresh. Well i went and made a sandwich came over to look at him and he had crawled into the planter digging out the flowers.

He loves to be pet and scratched on his neck. He also loves playing in the water, but being he is missing a fair amount of his tail he has a hard time swimming.
