The building gables in Amsterdam make an interesting study. The different styles are easily dated with the help of a guide book.	Most buildings lean toward the canal side. This protects the house and goods being hoisted into the 3rd story window.	The pack horse takes a canalside rest. The pack has a self retracting kick stand so it stands by itself w/Alec inside.
