Bern/Switzerland in late Fall 1999. There's already some snow on the hills while the city itself is still green. I'm standing at 'Rosengarten' (Rose Garden), one of Bern's panoramic view points. Walking up the steep path to this place is absolutely worth the effort and is rewarded with a great view.
