MISSING MAN

Talk to us of angels
and kiss my reddened eyes
as I feel your spirit leave me,
flying happy in your skies.

Take my heart along there,
so it may serve you still,
as we all wander, empty...
with such a hole to fill.

Laugh with us in memory,
as your friendship lights our face.
And dream with us of living...
that you gave us in your grace.

Remember us with pleasure,
as we think of you at night.
And help us through this darkness...
Be always, our guiding light.
