A little bit about the company:
RED
Sun Holdings was established in 1996 in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
Since then, proprietor Randy Cowan has taken the business from a part-time
tax preparation company to a thriving office organization business, employing
3 part-time employees in 1997, 1 part-time employee in 1998, and 2 part-time
employees in 1999. The present focus is to provide clients with a
level of service superior to existing temporary services that deal in positioning
people in certain, specified positions for a limited period of time.
The mission statement, at present, is 'To not only give clients superior
care and quality, but to also provide an encompasing service that will
fill all needed niches within the office environment'. The focus
is to recognize what RED Sun Holdings can do for it's clients in all aspects
of the business cycle, to not be afraid to challenge the limits, while
still preserving a high level of service, and to recognize strengths of
RED Sun Holdings that will be benificial to it's clients.
The Future of The Company:
To keep current in it's strengths,
and to improve it's weaknesses. To not only 'trudge' along one pathway,
but to explore many. It is the experience of the company that a business
must be open for any twist and turns that is thrown at it, and embrace
it with the courage to change the things that are needed, and the confidence
to accept the things that can not be changed. The company will never
be so big that the personal touch, and the quality of service, will be
sacrificed.

Cowan, Proprietor:
Randy is 30 years old, born
and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The majority of his formidable
working years were spent in various departments of the hospitality industry,
and computer technician shops. He gained an Accounting - Computer
Information Diploma in 1992, and went on to complete his Computer Information
Systems Diploma in 1993, both were from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied
Sciences and Technologies, Palliser Insititute, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
