Myron, who is currently a 9th Grade student, is an extremely talented artist who recently was awarded his school's Outstanding Art Achievement Award. Melanie and I are very proud of him, especially since the time he devotes to art has not interfered with his grades and he remains an Honors student.

In his spare time he attends the Houston School of Art and Design. While studying there, he completed a pencil drawing of a border collie which won the Committee Choice Award in the AstroWorld Series Dog Show art contest. It appeared in the show's catalog as well as in a traveling art exhibit.

Myron is also an accomplished tennis player and we hope that he may become our first family member to play at Wimbledon!

Jay is a 2nd Grade student. Like Myron, he also enjoys art and sports. He is a computer junkie and, like his dad, a movie fanatic. He can recite most of "The Wizard of Oz" from memory. He is friendly, outgoing and very adventurous. He is a natural sportsman and enjoys playing tennis, riding his bike, rollerblading and running.

Melanie worked as Display Manager for a major department store, before deciding to become a full-time housewife and mother. A few years ago she took up jogging, and now she runs several miles each day. I'm trying to get her to become as interested in the Internet as I am.

We have an incredible relationship - part of the success is due to the open communication that exists between us, but primarily it's because Melanie is an exceptional woman. I'm fortunate to have her be part of my life and I cherish our time together.

SPIKE

Finally, there is Spike, our Jack Russell Terrier, who amazes us with his intelligence. He was born in February 1997 and is the newest addition to our family! Everyone tells us he looks just like Wishbone, the Jack Russell on TV.
