I live in Union City, New Jersey,its about 8 minutes from New York City, which has numerous advantages. For one thing, there's always something to do. I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. You might be wondering why so many web sites. Well to be honest, I am a very ambitious. I want to own and run a computer graphics company specializing in developing websites, internet consulting, logo design and print media. But that's like five years down the road. . I just learned Internet web design at Rutgers University in 1995 and gained advanced knowledge and experience at a small graphics design company in Elmont, Long Island. But that is one of my many aspirations. The first and foremost is my being a Certified Public Accountant. This is to serve a means of helping my family in all they're business and real estate ventures. Secondly, I want to become a Certified Financial Planner. But in order to accomplish this, I must have had accumulated wealth using my various investing and cash flow techniques. If I have not achieved wealth myself, how will I provide my services to middle class America? As for now, I am a Junior undergraduate student majoring in Accounting/Financeat Rutgers University School of Management. I just graduated with my Associates Degree in a two year program from Hunter College. This will be my second tenure at Rutgers University. I chose to come back in order to finish what I was started. I know the opportunities that Rutgers University can provide me being one of the major recruiting target schools for Fortune 500 companies of the area. . School is hard by itself, but I am not satisfied. I want more out of life. I am not satisfied with all that I have accomplished. I want to go higher than the next guy. I was really fortunate for having the genius to get out of a bad situation while at Rutgers University for reasons other than academics. I am very grateful and fortunate to come to a school like Hunter. For the experiences and the lessons learned. The people there took notice of my potential and nurtured it even treating me more than a student but more like a friend. My time at Hunter was very well spent and productive. It has become the first building block for me where all other opportunities stem from. To make the adjustment from a smaller college to a big university . I will be taking 15 credits (For those that know me will know that this is a light load for me) . During my stay at Hunter College. as a result of my hard work, I was just invited to join Phi Theta Kappa, it's an Honor Society for two year colleges. I am just thrilled. It has been one of my goals for a while I am now taking on the role of Webmaster for the our chapter website. I strongly believe that someone who just goes to college and just studies is cheating themselves. I believe they don't take advantage of their college experiences. Since high school, I have attached myself to various clubs and organizations. And Hunter College is no exception. I joined their Student Government Association as a Sophmore Representative. I reveled in my duties and responsibities. Though speaking engagements made me uneasy. I went up the ranks and now serve as their Treasurer. I had the opportunity to attend conferences in various cities across New Jersey. I went to Orlando, Florida for a Selective Student Services Conference for Certified Student Leaders where I received my own plaque and recognition. I have worked all my life. I have worked from the bottom up. I am proud and honored to be in the position I am in now.. I am currently doing an Internship at PriceWaterHouseCoopers L.L.P. in their Mid Town office. As a result of its merger, we are now the number one professional services firm worldwide. It will open many doors for me in my corporate life for years to come. I now know what it takes to work in an enviroment such as this. But I also seen the lighter side of the inner workings of the office. I have been to numerous restuarants and social engagements. So without saying … work can be somewhat fun and enjoyable. In my spare time, I work as a Sales Representative for Sundown Vitamins, INC . for which I service the Hudson County Area. I have had the opportunity to travel, interact on the same level with company heads and experience many things others my age would not have had the opportunity to. In addition to the Sundown account, I also service merchandise for Pioneer Albums, INC. and Forrester and Vos. So I am very scarce at times. . Lets see what's new... Well I started to put my money where my mouth was. With the help of a seasoned financial genius, I started to invest in Mutual Funds and the new Roth IRA. I brought them with the money I saved from the Internship. I had stocks before but I had to cash them in for something a little outlandish for myself but its worth every dollar. , I decided to treat myself with the help of my mother to a brand new 1998 Nissan Altima. It's black with silver trimmings fully loaded. My uncle negoiated a great price for me. I catch myself staring at my car. Hate to admit it but I love that car a little too much. When I am free, I like to chill just like the next person and act the age that i really am.. I like to play pool, go to restuarants,indian resturarants, working out,comedy clubs, hanging out in New York City, Indian parties, movies, the piers, playing football, Lincoln Harbor and most of all being a good friend. Baseball is my sport. Nowadays I don't play much but I do watch, I practically live, breathe, and die New York Mets baseball. Been a Met fan since the 1986 World Series. I am a recovering IRC addict in remission, But I go there when I have the time.. (Like anyone admits their addictions) I'm usually on an EFNET server with the nick Devin check me out if you're ever on. Now, the question that I get asked alot.

    Why do you call yourself Maverick?

    Well... Maverick was my old army call sign with the Rutgers University ROTC. Surprised.

    		I almost made a horrible decision. I almost joined but I talked myself out of it. Albeit, I call myself Maverick because I am my own person. I do things alone. I don't like being dependent on others. So I take matters into my own hands.
