This Softpaq contains the installation files for the Altiris Local Recovery 
program for the workstation models listed. Altiris Local Recovery provides

files.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack 
the Altiris Local Recovery (ALR) program files and to place the ALR icon in the 
Start menu. 

NOTE: This will not install the ALR program. To install ALR, click Start, 
select All Programs, then select "Install Altiris Local Recovery." You will be 
prompted with a brief tutorial explaining the ALR product, and will then be 
able to exit or continue with the installation.
