FIXES:
 - Fixes issue where Bluetooth Manager would stop responding if the handheld
   was Powered Off while the Status screen or Active Connections screen was 
   open.
 - Fixes issue where Bluetooth Manager would stop responding when an attempt 
   was made to add or remove connections in the PAN Manager.
 - Fixes issue where Bluetooth would not start when the handheld was Powered
   On and attempted to connect to ActiveSync.
 - Fixes issue where Bluetooth File Explorer would stop responding after 
   access was denied from an FTP connection through an Ericsson T610 phone.
 - Fixes issue where handheld would stop responding when disconnecting a PAN

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.   
       
2. Establish an Activesync connection between the iPAQ Pocket PC and the 
   host PC.
 
3. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to 
   install the Bluetooth Driver Update.
          
4. Perform a normal reset on the iPAQ Pocket PC.
